Just a quick welcome to those of you that have already joined, and also those that are just now coming to uncafans for the first time. We're currently in the process of building this site (as you might be able to tell) so bear with us and please feel free to offer any suggestions, comments, etc. ALSO, I'd like to encourage everyone to register! Even in our first few days we've had some regular posters remain as guests. Registering provides you with the FULL features of the board and also allows us to keep in touch and let you know about changes and even any upcoming events down the road. Yeah, I'd leave it up as an announcement. It's much easier to find when you want to go talk trash on the other boards.

Maybe it's on here somewhere and I just don't see it, but you might just want to make it clear that this is not the official site for UNCA athletics or whatever the technical jargon needs to be to where outsiders won't read comments here and associate them directly with our university.

I had a disclaimer up but its vanished...i gotta find it and repost. Any thoughts on the order of forums/categories on the front page? For instance -- right now its Bulldog sports, then Asheville regional stuff, then Big South stuff. I'm considering moving the Big South Stuff to second as most bulldog fans would I'm sure be interested in commenting on the Winthrop WSU game etc. Any preference? Considering we don't have to many members yet -- i'm assuming most of you have more interest in the Big South in general than --say...Asheville H.S. football? Maybe down the road I'll move it back...any thoughts??
