If they want to spend 20 secs to get 2 points.. I'll take that all day (or at least one more possession!!)

Longest final two minutes ever.

But still watching... because we've lost some bad ones through the years.

I'm not sure if it is similar to talking about a no hitter, but guess who is tied for second place in the conference.

7 straight wins will do that for ya!!

Take this momentum on the road to face CSU who is tough at home (lost only once this year there) but has lost their last 3 since beating Radford at home..

I thought we did a really good job defensively; we just have to keep that up and we'll be in every game. Jaron Lane had a great game. His length is deceptive and can be a big plus in a zone. JW played lights out against the two bigs (only 24 pts between the two). Dickey played to his strengths and took care of things from the line. Amir Johnson stole (HA!) eighteen points, but it was a quiet 18.

We couldn't ask for more out of five game home stand. Really important road trip. All business.

More people were there than I thought would be. A good turnout, but the student section was a bit quieter than usual. Maybe the 1 pm gametime had something to do with that? In any case, a great performance from the 'Dogs, especially in spite of the horrendous officiating.

Pros: JW having a great game and controlling, as GoUNCA put it, the Eastern Eurasian National team. Jaron Lane exploding and continuing to show potential for later years.

Cons: DJ. I don't think he was used to guarding guys as tall as he was. As I heard Eddie Say, "move your feet!" Racking up 4 fouls didn't really help our effort today. Did I mention the horrendous officiating?
